Win a Trip to Italy II (“Sweepstakes”)

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, INCLUDING CALIFORNIA , UTAH , TENNESSEE , PUERTO RICO , AND ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS. Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2005 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on August 31, 2005 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

2.ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of California, Utah, Tennessee, Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who had Internet access prior to June 1, 2005. Employees of Colavita USA, LLC, Trinchero Winery, Montevina Wines (the “Sponsors”) and members of such employees’ immediate families, or their agents, their affiliates or subsidiaries, their advertising agencies, licensed alcohol beverage retailers and wholesalers or any other alcohol beverage licensee, and any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the promotion, are not eligible. Grand Prize winner’s travel companion is required to be (21) twenty-one years of age or older as of winner’s notification. Entries not meeting all of the requirements stated herein will be disqualified and ineligible. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply.

3. ENTRIES. For Internet entry only : Go to either www.trincherowinery.com or montevina.com and look for the Sweepstakes entry icon. Follow the instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. One entry per person, e-mail address, or household. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. Authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like means to enter the Sweepstakes will void all entries affected by such methods. Sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for unauthorized human intervention, phone, technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures, malfunctions or disconnects of any kind, or misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen, garbled, fragmented or delayed internet/e-mail computer transmissions or network/ISP/website internet accessibility; or for inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete capture of entry information.

4. PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing on or about September 9, 2005 . The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are determined by the number of eligible entries received. The Grand Prize includes :

An eight day, seven night trip for two to Italy with the Colavita “Italian Olive Harvest Tour” group (the “Tour”). The Tour will take place in November 2005 and will include round-trip economy air travel for two from Newark / New York to Rome , seven nights’ (double occupancy) accommodations at selected hotels, all ground transportation and transfers, all meals, and all guided excursions while with the Tour. Approximate Retail Value: $6,000. Any expenses not mentioned are the sole responsibility of the winner. Round trip transportation from Grand Prize winner’s home to Newark / New York is not included. Tour accommodations and itinerary subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No substitution of prize is allowed.

5.GENERAL: Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or mail. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return it within 7 days of attempted delivery or an alternate winner may be selected. Travel companion must sign a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. Winner and travel companion hereby consent to the use of their names, voices and/or likenesses by the Sponsors for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must have appropriate and valid travel documents to travel on dates specified. The Tour will need to be taken on such dates as specified by Sponsors in their sole discretion. In the event the Grand Prize winner cannot take the Tour during the specified time frame, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected time permitting. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or illegible information. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants, Grand Prize winner and travel companion release Sponsors and their parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Sweepstakes and/or use of the Grand Prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, damage or loss. Sponsors will not be responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of flight cancellation or flight delay.

6.WINNER LIST: The name of the Grand Prize winner will be available at either www.trincherowinery.com or montevina.com on or about September 15, 2005 . Sweepstakes is sponsored by Colavita USA , LLC, Linden , New Jersey and Sutter Home Winery, Inc. d/b/a Trinchero Winery and Montevina Wines, St. Helena , CA .
